ELA Closes Out Dilworth Ranch Estates
HARLINGEN, TX -- A beautiful residential development located in Cameron County, Texas has been successfully developed and was 100% sold out by Eckard Land & Acquisition (ELA). The property was a pristine 30-acre tract of farmland that was entitled and converted into a high-end residential neighborhood known as Dilworth Ranch Estates (DRE). The neighborhood touts exquisite homes that range in values starting in the $150,000 price range to nearly $300,000. The lots are presently 65% built out with ongoing vertical improvements.

Final Lot Sold at Ammann Ranch Estates
BOERNE, TX -- Eckard Land & Acquisition (ELA) is proud to announce the sale of its final lot in Ammann Ranch Estates located in Boerne, Texas. The project was the design and development of 160 pristine hill country acres situated just outside of the city limits of Boerne. The 26 estate lots ranged in size from just under 5 acres to larger tracts that reached just less than 16 acres.
