ELA Closes Out Dilworth Ranch Estates
HARLINGEN, TX -- A beautiful residential development located in Cameron County, Texas has been successfully developed and was 100% sold out by Eckard Land & Acquisition (ELA). The property was a pristine 30-acre tract of farmland that was entitled and converted into a high-end residential neighborhood known as
Dilworth Ranch Estates (DRE). The neighborhood touts exquisite homes that range in values starting in the $150,000 price range to nearly $300,000. The lots are presently 65% built out with ongoing vertical improvements.
ELA built its brand and attributes its success in the DRE project through aggressive marketing and excellent real estate agent representation. Maryann Alvarez, with Alvarez Realty, had the exclusive listing for the project since its inception. ELA worked closely with builders to promote their homes and to help create a neighborhood worthy of their quality homes. ELA's desire was to establish a quality development with a strong level of support for its neighbors and builders.
Unlike many developments surrounding the property, DRE received great acceptance by builders, agents, buyers and is one of the only developments 100% sold out. The acceptance allowed the development to sell the final of its sixty-three lots this last month and achieve a 100% success sales rate.
