BOERNE, TX — Eckard Land & Acquisition (ELA) is proud to announce the sale of its final lot in Ammann Ranch Estates located in Boerne, Texas. The project was the design and development of 160 pristine hill country acres situated just outside of the city limits of Boerne. The 26 estate lots ranged in size from just under 5 acres to larger tracts that reached just less than 16 acres.
